Candlewood Resident's Association is a homewowners association with 25 members. We cherish our trees, our preserves, our wildlife, and our unique wood frame homes tucked away in the Palm River community of Naples, Florida. Our small HOA relies on the teamwork of our members and volunteer Board of Directors to keep our assessments low and our families connected. Our mission is to strike the right balance of homeowner autonomy and community cooperation, making this serene enclave a Naples favorite.
